Calibration & Testing

Manual torque wrench used within the industry must be calibrated every 12 months or 5,000 cycles (whichever comes first).

Meeting this standard maintains your site compliance with ISO standard ISO 6789-1:2017.

Complying with this standard guarantees that your organisation provides your workforce with the safest and most reliable tooling available.

It is important to note that even the most carefully handled and maintained torque equipment can lose accuracy between calibrations. This is usually due to being dropped, poor mechanical practices (e.g., breaking flanges with a torque wrench), exposure to excessive heat and moisture and a variety of other factors.
